Ingredients
200g pasta (any type)
150g plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish (optional)

Method

Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add the allspice and cook for 30 seconds.
