Ingredients
14 oz (400 g) firm tofu, pressed and cubed

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 cup broccoli florets
→
2 green onions, chopped
→
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

Marinate the tofu cubes in soy sauce and rice vinegar for 10 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in the sliced bell peppers and broccoli, cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but crisp.
