Crispy and flavorful spring rolls made effortlessly in the air fryer, perfect as an appetizer or snack.

8 rice paper wrappers2 cups shredded cooked chicken or tofu1 cup shredded carrots1 cup shredded cabbage2 green onions, sliced2 tablespoons soy sauce1 teaspoon sesame oilSalt and pepper to tasteCooking oil spray

Method

Prepare the filling by mixing shredded chicken or tofu, carrots, cabbage, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft, then lay it flat on a clean surface.

Place approximately 2 tablespoons of the filling near the edge of the wrapper.

Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the edge to enclose the filling.

Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Lightly spray the spring rolls with cooking oil.

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Place the spring rolls in the basket, seam side down, avoiding overlapping.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with dipping sauces of choice.
