A quick, flavorful stir-fry combining seafood and fresh vegetables for a nutritious meal.
Ingredients
200g bamboo shoots, sliced
150g sardines, cleaned and filleted
100g mushrooms, sliced
1 banana, sliced
8 crab claws, cooked and meat extracted
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir-fry until fragrant.

Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.

Add bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add sardine fillets and crab meat; gently toss to combine.

Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Finally, gently fold in sliced banana and cook for 1 minute more.
