1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method

Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the leaves are wilted and stalks are tender.

Pour in the soy sauce, add salt and white pepper if using, and cook for another minute, stirring to combine.
