Dip each chicken piece into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Spray the chicken pieces lightly with cooking oil spray. Arrange them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
