Christmas Orange and Honey Glazed Ham

Heat the oven to 160°C.

Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

Cover the pan tightly with foil.

Bake the ham for 90 minutes.

Whisk the orange juice, honey, brown sugar, mustard, and cinnamon in a small saucepan.

Bring the glaze to a simmer over medium heat.

Simmer the glaze for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the ham from the oven.

Increase the oven temperature to 220°C.

Remove the foil from the ham.

Use a sharp knife to score the surface fat in a diamond pattern without cutting into the meat.

Press a clove into the center of each diamond, if using.

Brush half of the glaze over the ham.

Return the ham to the oven uncovered.

Brush the ham with the remaining glaze.

Bake for 10 minutes, until glossy and heated through.
