500g ground turkey meatmake it yourself
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup breadcrumbsmake it yourself
1 egg
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup marinara sauce (optional for serving)

Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
