Spring Onion & Feta Chicken Thighs à la Orkney

4 chicken thigh fillets, skinless and boneless
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 spring onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Method

Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and oregano.
