Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt.

Gradually add the cold water while mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into two equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a flat disc about 8 inches in diameter.

Using a sharp knife or scissors, cut a circular opening in the center of one disc to form the lid, and leave the other intact for the bottom.

Heat a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.

Carefully place the bottom disc inside, shaping the edges if needed.

Cover the pot with the lid disc, pressing the edges to seal if desired.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes until the dough is golden and cooked through.
