Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Spread the bread cubes on a baking tray.

Toast the bread for 10 minutes.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the sausage meat and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.

Transfer the sausage to a large bowl.

Add the onion and celery to the pan.
